Variety is the spice of life! While one routine after another offers a sense of security and stability in knowing what to expect; the predictability of doing the same thing every day, consuming the same foods vacationing to the same spots every year, can turn into a rut... you constantly travel the same little path, until you become stuck. After a while, being stuck in a rut can begin to feel monotonous and leave you feeling unexcited about life.
When you break free of predictable routines and habits and start to experience new things, your mind will begin to think in new ways; you'll become more energetic and excited about your life, and become more creative and better able to solve problems, allowing you to succeed further with your life.
