The Lightning Process was a definite turning point in my life. It meant that i was no longer confined to my bed unable to do all the activities i wanted to do. The Lightning Process taught me how to be in control of my own well being and gave me back my wonderful life. It was like a breath of fresh air that enriched my understanding of myself and of how the mind works. Now i can live life to the full and embrace every challenge and opportunity that comes my way!
